B.A. in Political Science and Education from William Paterson University, M.A. and Ed.D. from Seton Hall University in Educational Leadership
He has 21 years of experience in public schools in various teaching and administrative roles. Dr. Constantino has been a Public School Superintendent for 14 years in Morris and Sussex County, New Jersey. His schools have been named “NJ Reward Schools” as well as “National Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence.” He has significant fiscal and public policy expertise in the governance of schools and the management of resources, with a focus on community involvement, facilities planning and development, and increased parental and public support for investment in educational programs.Dr. Constantino had previously taught with Centenary University and is extremely excited to return in the Summer of 2018.
